Lisa Chenofsky Singer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of experience in executive, leadership, team and career management coaching, change management, professional development and training, group facilitation, and employee relations. Clients include top tier global companies, medium- and small-sized firms, startups, nonprofits, higher educational institutions and professionals. Lisa offers executive and leadership coaching to help individuals grow beyond their comfort zone. She helps executives, leaders and individuals in identifying their strengths and behaviors impacting their communication and collaboration style, guiding them on intentional choices to positively impact their team, and organizations and career.

Lisa collaborates with new leaders on their transition into management to enable them to build highly engaged performing teams, and with senior leaders on refining their leadership to maximize their effectiveness in driving team impact and results.
